HCR HOA Board Meeting 03/28/09

Hunter Creek Ranch HOA Board Meeting is scheduled for 3/28/09 at 1pm at the Christopher Creek Firestation. Planned agenda items are as follows:

January Board Meeting Minutes Posted

January 2009 board meeting minutes have been posted. Next board meeting is tentatively scheduled for 3/28/2009 at 1pm.

Parking at Wooden Nickel Cabins NOT Allowed

Several vehicles are currently parked at the Wooden Nickel Cabins. They MUST be removed immediately or may be towed away as there is no room for the cabin guests. Parking at the Wooden Nickel Cabins is reserved for their guests. Please be considerate of their guests and the Wooden Nickel Cabin owners as this is private property. I'm sure we wouldn't want someone parking in our driveway. Thanks.

Annual Meeting Next Saturday

The Hunter Creek HOA will hold its annual meeting for members next Saturday, January 31st at 1:00pm in the Christopher Creek fire station.

Also, the 2008 Income Statement and the 12/31/2008 Balance Sheet have been posted on the website. These will be presented at the meeting.

Board elections

We have recently mentioned that two Board positions are up for election this January. We can now confirm that neither Karl Mann or Rowland Davis intend to run for re-election, so we have a NEED for at least two interested HOA members to consider running. Legally, the Board could function with only three members -- but this would be far from ideal, and would place a real burden on the existing Board members. Please contact the Board if you have any interest in running, and/or plan to attend the Board meeting this Saturday to join in the discussion of this issue.

Just a reminder that the next Board meeting will be Saturday December 13th at 10am in the Christopher Creek fire station. All members are welcome to attend.
